Shawn's Ray's Muscle Camp was awesome. I was excited to see the bodybuilders there & getting their tips & knowledge to take my training to the next level. Pictures will be up soon. It was about 45 campers & I think everybody took some part of info home with them. Diamond Gym is in Maplewood, NJ. Diamond Gym is a hardcore gym & there's not too many of those around anymore. I'm glad it was there. You got pumped just walking in the gym. There were 5 stations of training & at least 1-2 bodybuilders were giving you a nugget of information. Rodney Roller & Victor Martinez was teaching chest, Legs was taught by Kai Greene & Evan Centopani, Back was taught by Jason Arntz, Arms by Jeff Long & Vinny Galanti, Shoulders by Kevin Levrone & Shawn Rhoden. Here are some of the pics from the event!!! Plus, they gave us awesome goodies bag & there'll be pictures of what the sponsors gave us. Shawn Ray says, "He wants to do this again." I want to thank Shawn Ray, The IFBB pros are giving us their knowledge, Dwayne McDaniel of Diamond Gym. Carlos Filipponi for the food he provided for everybody & all of the sponsors with providing great goodies bag & samples for us to use. I recommend for people who want to look good for themselves to competitive bodybuilder & if you wasn't here this time, you need to come to the next one!!!
